Question on flowmaster size

Hi i just asked the question on which flowmaster was the deepest and from peoples responses i figured out which one i wanna get. But im not sure which size on the in and out of the mufler i need. On the site it says i can either get 2.5 or 2.25. So im not sure which one. If anyone could help it would do alot of good. I got a 02 v6 prerunner xtr cab. thanks
