I have a stock PreRunner and I want to have the abilty to still get 18 plus mpg on highway and have larger tires. As of right now I am getting 21-22 mpg out of the V6. What do I need to do to obtain that? My thoughts are to just get 265/75/16 and just ride it out. Please any thoughts will be great. Thanks!

Tire size doesn't matter as much as tire selection. If you get a larger (within reason) highway tire then I doubt you'll see any difference. I'm assuming you aren't getting a lift, because that will affect mpg.
