    3" lift rough country
I recently put a 3" rough country lift on my 16 Tacoma and put 285/70/17 bfg ko2 on it and with those tires it rubbed some so I bought some 1.5 wheel spacers to space it out instead of buying offset wheels...and after installing I got a front in alignment done and tire balance and tire rotation and I've noticed some shaking in my steering wheel and when your on interstate and get up 70-75 mph the seat will shake some.... does anyone have any advice or comments that would help me out? Thanks

6inch lift sitting on bilstein coilovers. Lexus is300 studs in front to keep stock wheels, general grabber red letters, nfab front bumper.
So it started vibrating after you put the spacers on?

BFG's are famous for balance issues, your spacers are simply exagerating them. You can try rotating the tires front to rear and re-seating the spacers but you may need to get the tires rebalanced.

First things first , get it to vibe speed on a road where there is no one near by as soon as it vibrates put it in neutral. Old School trick to figure if it is engine/trans/driveshaft/U joints or suspension wheels . If vibe stops as soon as it is in neutral it is the former if it doesn't it is the latter make your repair decisions from that. On a non informed non lifted truck owners opinion I would loose the spacers and find the right off set / centric rims for the tires and do the notching as needed on the body seams .

If you are not comfortable doing so find someone who is and open your wallet..

Are you using hub centric spacers?

Ok I will try all of that I'm thinking off set wheels is where I need to go honestly and just trash the spacers

Then it is in the wheels / tires if there is a shop that specializes in 4x4 it might serve you well to go there and have them do the balance and check / reseat the spacers . It is the cheaper way out instead of buying new rims right off I am not a lifted truck owner etc so my knowledge Is limited to what I have read and guys I have talked to . But when I do not know for sure I go find someone that does and bite the bullet and pay the experts.
