    I ended up trashing this idea. Concept was good but didn't work out. Just took the sway bar out and been diving it without one for 2 years now.

    I went wheeling the other day and a guy with an FJ had discos. He had to have his on the pavement(level surface) to do his but it didn't seem to be very painful. A guy in a wrangler had to do the same thing. Is this the same issue with the 1st gens? Is it worth doing if that's the only problem? I have stock suspension. In fact I even broke a sway bar mount a few years from hitting a grill lid on the highway, I wasn't a fan of how it handled with that "disconnect" so removing the bar entirely doesn't interest me.

    Depends on the year of 1st Gen. The 95-00 have different links than the 01-04.
