On a 2010 TRD Sport, if I add front 5100s at 1.75 and rear TSB leafs with 1.5 AAL (maybe), what is the biggest tire size I can put on the stock wheels with no rubbing issues? 275/70? 285/70? And will wheel spacers help at all?

265/70/17 will fit very nicely and look good IMO.
275/70/17 I believe will rub and the use of wheel spacers should eliminate the rubbing (someone else can hopefully verify)
285/70/17 Will not fit unless you go 3" of lift or above.
