do the TPMS take the place of a valve stem on a rim, or is there an extra hole drilled in the rim for the TPMS?

reason i ask, im looking at getting some OEM rims that are designed for a 20* TPMS. i dont have the TPMS on my 05, so im trying to see if i need to do anything to be able to use these rims. ie plug a hole, or if a normal valve stem will take the place of the TPMS.

    thanks for your help guys...

you can replace them with regular valve stems.
