    Some of my best memories from when I was a kid were the one night a week we got to watch tv while eating dinner; Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom (along with Jacques Cousteau). Old style TV dinners on TV trays.

    He will be missed.

    This was the show that made me want a Land Rover, Series. Get attacked by a rhino or elephant - no problem. Just have the local guides push the Rover back over on it's wheels and keep going. Sunday night was family time.

    Oh yeah, every week it was something else Jim got himself into. Perkins would calmly say: and here we see Jim getting curb stomped by a raging buffalo. I think Jim's about to get a hold of him.
