Yeah I've actually helped a friend do his and he used some other brand. Shok Industries was definitely easier to work with.

They come in one size. I got 3 boxes with 10 sheets each. I completed everything with 4 sheets and some scraps left.

I was wondering about how heavy was all the insulation that you used? And did you need to heat it to form it? Any smell from the adhesive? Sorry its been ages since I messed with sound deadening.

I don't recall how heavy it was. It seemed like it was around 50 lbs for 30 sheets. I didn't heat it when I installed it but not sure if I was supposed to or not. I hope not cause that was a bit of work to gut the cab. There's no smell at all from the adhesive. At least none that I noticed. This was my first time doing this. I hope I installed it correctly.

I was reading the thread and there was no mention of heat. Back in the day had to heat it up, and form it with the roller.. was a PITA and stink. This was is in the late 90s IIRC. Looks like you did an awesome job contouring the panels.

There hasn't been much going on with the build for a while. Been super busy with work in the past couple months but I finally have time mess with the truck. I put on a hood wrap with @xmods and @kh7nm this past weekend. More like I watched Nate apply it and Miles installed my ditch light brackets. Thanks again boys!

I got these used and unfortunately never took the time to measure what I had left so it's hard for me to say. I love them tho. It performs better than the Nitto Trail Grapplers on road

did you get your waterport? just wondering how everyone else's experience is... that one guy from Hawaii seems like his isn't working very well. the manufacturer said it has to be mounted one specific way for it to work "properly"...
