rancho vs bilstein

    Ive got an 05 trd OR and wanna lift it 2" to fit 255/85s under (my first question i guess is, is that enough lift for those tires? ) and secondly, can i do 2" with OR springs and billies, or would the rancho quicklift be better since it is fully assembled with new springs? It seems to be a better deal since for just $50 more bucks i get new springs and its fully assembled. Id also like input on ride quality in repspect to stock OR suspension if anyone has that? Oh and if i should remove sway bar (prerunner so down travel downs effect me too much)
    I use my truck to deer hunt out of and drive around the fields and pastures, ive been to an ooffroad park a time or two, prolly 75% of use is on road tho

    You can fit 255/85 on stock suspension but if you are going to flex it I would hammer the pinch weld flat or you will slice your tires up. To answer your question though I would go with 5100s on the front and move the clip up 2 notches on stock springs. Since you have an 05 your springs might need to be changed anyway, I am sure someone has some stock ones laying around they don't need. I have a pair in a box with a couple hundred miles on I don't mind shipping to you.

    U mean set at .85 by 2nd notch? Billies ll the way around for $309 at downsouth or where ever is the best deal also right? And how much would u want for ur springs?

    Ar u saying u have a pair of 5100? Misplaced modifier are getting me pretty bad
