Aluminum Letters for your custom grille, or whatever else you want to stick em on.

I initially cut some of these for a friend, then more people wanted them and I ended up selling a bunch. So now I'm offering them on TW. These letters are:
    • CNC Plasma Cut
    • 3/16 Aluminum
    • Mill-finish (not painted/powder coated)
How are these grille letters different than any of those you can get elsewhere?
    • Different styles/fonts (classic, 2nd gen, 3rd gen)(The 3rd gen style are relatively short and wide, like the Ford Raptor grille)
    • Thicker (3/16") aluminum (they look more 3D/bold on your grille)
    • Cheaper - $40 + Free Shipping to Lower 48 (additional $ to HI, AK, Canada); $25 + Free Shipping for the TRD logo
    • 3M VHM Mounting Tape Available (1/2"x36") for extra $5
    - Currently, I don't offer any powder coating. (I would recommend painting yourself TBH) If I end up selling a lot or get lots of requests, then I may.
    - The letters may require minor touch-up/finishing (If we spent the time to make them absolutely flawless, then we'd have to charge more).

    --TIPS--
    - Clean with metal polish or rubbing compound if you're not going to paint.
    - Sand and clean if you are going to paint. Also use an aluminum-specific primer.
    - Mount with 3M double-side foam tape - NOW AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE!

To Order: Send me a PM with what you want, then I'll reply with a confirmation and PayPal instructions.

    ---CUSTOM ORDERS---
I will do some custom orders (different size, words, etc) depending what it is. But keep in mind I will have to charge a little or a lot more. It takes much longer to design, draw, and cut a one-off order. PM with inquiries.

If you decide to ship to Canada for additional $$, count me in.

USPS works really well for us up here.

I would bet that someone would gladly accept shipment in the US and forward them to you.

OK, I can ship to Canada, but looks like the cheapest I can do is $30 additional (USPS).

Subd for when I put on my new grille. How do you apply these to the grille?

No worries. Ya it is 'tape', but is actually used in industrial and commercial applications

Would the tape hold well on a mesh style grill...? Doesn't seem like a lot of contact area
