I'm also curious about this setup. The marketing makes it sound like a miracle cure for the Tacoma, but I'd like to hear from some TW members on real world experience.

The axle wrap on 6" lift is caused by mechanical advantage on weak leaf springs, the RAS will help with sagging/load hauling, but I doubt it will make it better for offroading.

Well they claim it helps with axle wrap, off-roading I will have to give that a review

If you have a go pro mount it before and after with hard acceleration if you can. It would be a good way to check if it’s working. Plus we love that stuff

Got back from the test drive if you don't have this setup you're missing out . Handling is definitely improved, acceleration is improved, and braking is way improved. I can actually feel the full power of my truck now. Axle wrap is a terrible disease.

The ride is just as good or if not better than the front ifs suspension. I'm serious you don't have this you better get it soon . Now for off road capabilities I obviously havent been able to try that out yet . Right now im just happy that my daily drive will considerably be way better .

Is this something that really only shows a difference with a lift? I’m at stock height and haven’t noticed any horrible symptoms from any ride quality from the back end.

I've added quite a bit of performance mods and getting too much axle wrap. Didn't want traction bars .

nice. I have been using those for two years for trailer towing. 5100 lb dual axle travel trailer. That is the only suspension mod I have so far. I agree it rides better than stock.

If you have axle wrap, its the leafs and/or the alignment. The stock leafs weaken over time. Just look at how many vendors have tried to address the axle wrap esp while lifting vehicle and failed when trying to address both. I believe the RAS was aiming to address towing concerns, sway, added weight. Axle wrap may not have been its goal. And yes its sounding like it helps if adjusted for that wrap problem.

I've been running these for over 100'000kms and agree they are an a-1 upgrade over stock for handling, hauling and towing. At most I drive service roads and gravel roads so can't really speak to off roading. I imagine it would be okay for the occasional off roader because i can flex the truck to bump stops unloaded but I wouldn't install these if it was a dedicated off road rig with no weight ever in the back. Axle wrap wise I can't honestly say I feel it helps much if at all with that. Axle wrap is caused by the leaves twisting into an s under load, unloading and straightening then repeating until the wheels either get full traction or loose traction fully
