3m sells felt tape/strips that a lot of people use on interior panels to quiet plastic on plastic rattles as well.

The rear seat rattle in my truck ended up being the passenger rear headrest.
Haven't looked into a proper solution yet, as removing the headrests got rid of the noise, and I'm enjoying the newfound visibility.

first thing i did in both of my trucks was yank both rear headrests and toss them in a box in a back room. i still have the noise. i'll figure it out one day.

I also have a rattle from the rear passenger side of my truck. It's not the latches as mentioned in this thread and it's not the headrest because I removed the headrest and still have the rattle. I'm now leaning towards it coming from the track for the rear slider window but haven't had time to try resolving it.

i am 99% i figured out what mine is. pretty sure its the fucking seat belt adjuster in the b pillar. i was sitting at a red light today and looked over my shoulder at an NSX that drove past me and noticed the adjuster, which i haven't touched since i got the truck. i grabbed it and wiggled it...

not only is the button you depress loose, the whole assembly has a bit of slack in it it and is able to move up and down a tiny bit. not sure how i can tighten this assembly up but i'm sure going to try because it is annoying as hell.

I have also found the passenger side rear seat head rest to be loose and giving a rattle. Still trying to figure out a fix for that.

Thanks, that worked! Wrapped both back seat, left and right metal “loop” where it latches and that fixed annoying rattles.

I took some wire loom and put it on the bracket. It stoped rattling but it’s not going to last long if I keep opening and closing the seats! But loom is cheep and I got miles of the stuff!
