Hi all, my truck just developed this super annoying rattle in the passenger door. It sounds like a nut or something bouncing around in the bottom. Window and everything works fine.

I was just going to pop off the bottom of the d panel and let out whatever is rolling around, I'm just wondering if any of you know what it might be off of. common problem? etc.

Possibily off of your window regulator. Also check the badge on the outside of that door. After I reapplied my badges, after painting them, the badge on my drivers door wasn't glued back on completely and fluttered in the wind.

My Buddy locked his keys in his truck and in the process of trying to Jimmy it open himself he dropped the slim jim into the truck.. so that is the source of his rattle..

100% its the door? i know that if the top of the seat belt is adjusted into certain locations, it causes the buckle to knock on the plastic trim

I had aftermarket baffles in my doors (for my aftermarket speakers). One of the screws holding the baffle to the door panel backed out and the washer was rattling against the screw.

I also had a problem with the plastic moisture guard. The speakers were causing it to make a vibration sound. I pulled it off and it went away.

I also had a vibration noise behind my glove box. Turned out to be the material they wrap the wires with under there. The engine vibration was causing it to vibrate. At first I thought it was coming from the door.

Are you sure it is not coming from your glove box?
