OK, I apologize first off for partially posting this question in a similar thread, but I did not want to hijack it.
Recently I did an install with the following front end parts:
    OME 52887 coils
    Bilstein 5100 series shocks
    Poly coil isolators
    Upper coil support
    New coil perches
New stem bushing and washer kit
    1/4" anti-lean spacer
    Also installed diff drop spacers.
And installed an Icon 3 leaf add-a-leaf set with Bilstein 5100 shocks in the rear.

The front was only lifted about 2 1/2-3". After the install I noticed two noises: A big "clunk" whenever I went over a bump and a constant "rattling" noise. I installed a sway bar relocation kit and the "clunk" is gone (sway bar was hitting the coil perch), but I still have the rattling. It is REALLY loud and rattles any time I hit a pebble in the road. The sound is definitely coming from the front and sounds like the driver side. I climbed underneath the truck AGAIN today to try and isolate the noise, and notice that there is a lot of play on both front axles, and it seems like they MAY be the culprits.
I stopped at the Toyota dealership and asked one of the service writers about it and he shrugged it off and said it was totally normal. I explained how loud it was and he still insisted that it was normal.
This cannot be normal, can it? Even if the play in the axles IS normal, the rattling definitely is not. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do? ANY help GREATLY appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Ken

Start by retorquing everything you touched. Also check your skidplate. Mine rattles sometimes.

Thanks guys, I will recheck everything tomorrow. It doesn't sound like the skid plate or heat shield, but I will definitely check them too. I have a heavy duty 10g skid plate from BP Fabricating and forgot to mention that I do have the diff-drop installed too. I will recheck everything though.
What about the axle play? Is that normal?
    Thanks again,
    Ken

I found it!!!! I had my father in-law stand on the running board and bounce the truck up and down and used my cheap Harbor Freight "stethoscope" to isolate the noise to the sway bar end link. I JUST put new ones in because the old ones were already rusting and had gotten cross threaded when I removed them for the lift. The noise is coming from the bolt that bolts the end link to the sway bar. I can actually see it popping up and down as the truck bounces.
Now, I was fairly careful to install the new end links in the same orientation as the OEM ones, but who knows, I may have goofed that up. Does anyone know the correct orientation of the sway bar end links or have a pic?
Thanks for ANY and ALL help!!

Skidooman, one more question: The tie rod ends have a longer bolt on one end and a shorter bolt on the other. Can you tell me where the longer bolt goes (up or down to the sway bar)?
    Thanks SO much!

I found the problem. Turns out that when I installed the new sway bar end links, I put the washer on the wrong side of the sway bar. On the OEM end links I don't think this would have mattered because one side of the end link had a kind of "built in" washer, but the Moog ends links just had a hex shape (so you could hold the tie rod while tightening the nut) that would not sit flat against the sway bar, so it was popping up and down on the sway bar hole making that gawd-awful noise. I drove it today after tightening everything up and it is totally silent!!!! :D
Thanks again to everyone for your help. I am SO glad it turned out to be something small and NOT a lift issue.

I'm having a similar issue. Hopefully the fix will be as easy as yours was!
