Did you opt for no cross caster? To account for road crown. A little more caster on passenger than driver.

It doesn't pull right. It is hard to explain but when you go to change lanes a little turn of the steering wheel makes it turn quick

I can definitely say I am happy with the Wescott Designs front lift and the RC UCA's.
The Wescott Designs came with a 1" block for the back. I put it in for now to make the truck level, but I definitely want to change it out. I am not sure what to do for the back. I usually don't carry anything in the back, but sometimes I throw my dirtbike and gear in the back and then it is a low rider...

Do an AAL instead of block in the future if you want. For the caster on the alignment typically shops will add a 1/2 degree more caster to passenger side to account for road crown. That is what I was trying to explain previously. The alignment sheet you provided seemed to be the opposite thus causing the truck to pull to the right.

Had my RC 3.5” lift with those UCAs for about 4 months now (which still isn’t much time). Everything is fine so far. I was talking to a guy at a shop that specializes in lifting trucks. He told me RC gets a lot of hate and yes, RC used to be pretty poor quality, but RC has greatly improved and now makes very good products for the price. He told me that he easily installs 10x more rough country lift kits than any other lift kit. I don’t think you have anything to worry about with rough country. However, I will post an update here if anything ever fails. Otherwise, all good here.

Phil, I find this interesting. What was your maintenance like on these ball joints? Could you have maybe over or under-filled them with grease? They shouldn't be like that after just a few months. That's ridiculous. Maybe you're just snakebit when it comes to upper ball joints lol. How are the new ones they sent holding up?

I haven’t had new ones installed yet. I did not over grease, the issue is Rough Country uses poor rubber I guess. The boots were just dried up and cracking like an old tire. Even my rubber rear shock bushings are starting to do the same.

Are they like that everywhere, or localized to that spot?

Its hard to tell in the picture, but it looks like a localized spot to me. It also looks like they came in contact with some pretty intense heat. Is there any chance that a tire rubbed on them?

No heat other than it gets 110 deg here in californias Central Valley. No tire contact just crappy rubber. It started cracking literally in two months time

Very weird. Not many other people seem to be having this issue. Here’s what mine look like after the 4 months I’ve had them:

Okay, so it is the entire rubber boot. Yep. either you are exposing them to something they don't like or you just got a crappy BJ.

Maybe just being in direct sunlight all day IDK, but that crappy if it can’t handle that. My SPC arm bushings were junk but at least the boots were quality. Don’t get me wrong I like the RC arms, I just have bad luck I suppose
