My water pump grade 8 bolts are apparently that messed up that when I was torquing them UNDER specs they sheared off into the block, as far as i know only 3 went, i didn't want to continue after that. can someone give me some ideas or help here. I'm at my wits end with this thing and strapped for cash.

    EDIT** I have a 2003 Xtra-Cab 6 cyl, 4wd

LOL it was a craftsman one -____- i went back and tried unspinning by hand the ones i thought were sheared and they didn't move, so I don't know? but one definitely sheared off and fell out.

Are any of the broken bolts sticking out of the hole any? I broke a bolt putting a water pump on my 2.7 and I just put vice grips on the part sticking out and it came out. I never torqued mine either just "good and tight" however I probably should have.
