Real test of shoulder

16 days until our first rugby match and I find out if my shoulder can hold up after the surgery in January. A little nervous, but I wont let it get to me because if you enter tackles timidly, thats when you get hurt

 

Rugby seems to be just about the worst sport if you're nursung a recovering shoulder. I assume you're not in the scrum?

 

I am. I have to play on the right side of it to help protect the right shoulder

 

Thanks! As I discussed with my parents when we were deciding on surgery or not, I wanted surgery so I could play again, not to sit out!

Hopefully Fred will be there to watch my first game back

what was the prob w/ your shoulder and what did they do? just curious cause i need shoulder surgery too
