Alignment is always recommended with new tires, but always not necessary.

IMO it depends on where and how you drive your vehicle, and how many miles it's been since the last alignment.

Only if it was out of alignment before you got the new sneakers. Otherwise you are good to go. If the tires you took off are worn evenly its a pretty good indication you are fine.
