I recently got a 2001 Tacoma PreRunner as a graduation present. I've noticed that it really crashes over bumps instead of going over them. It's really bad and if I am turning as I am hitting a bump, the truck crabs to the opposite direction I am turning (starting to put me into other lane). I went to mechanics shop and they told me I needed to replace my front lower ball joints and struts. Does anyone think this will solve the problem? I plan on replacing the front springs and shocks and the rear shocks as well. Any recommendations for some that will give me a smoother ride? Thanks for any help.
