Rear 5100's with TSB springs

    For the rear of the tacos what bilstein part # do we need for 2nd gen's with TSB springs?

    Good morning,
    The rear shock for a TSB and no other lift in the rear will be a RCD/BE5 C478 T0,
    or the Bilstein BE5-C476-H0 or the new Bilstein # is 24-186728.
    which is the same one you would use for the 1" lift rear non TSB.
    If you are going to install an AAL along with the TSB then you would need to
    let someone know how many inches of lift the AAL will add.

    How about for TSBs + 1.5 AAL?

    TSB with a 1.5" AAL is in the same boat as the 2" rear guys.
    You are right in between the standard length rear shocks..BE5-C478-T0 or BE5-C476-H0 and the BE5-B110-T5...

    Most likely you will need to run the B110 rear shock, but you will need to modify your bump so that the suspension will bump out before the shock bottoms out.

    Is there a spacer to put under the bump stops or would something as simple as a few washers do the trick?

    No best bet would be to have something simple fabbed..
    You need the bump to bump out before the shock bottom out to be on the safe side so the shock does not get damaged.
