Rear Bumper Replacement

Hi guys newbie here!! Anyways I have a quick question, I have a 06 Pre-Runner TRD Sport with the tow package and I need to replace the rear bumper, I found one on craigslist, But do you think this will bolt up to my truck???

It will fit, and is a great deal. I ended up paying about $262 plus shipping for the exact same bumper.

 

I called the guy about it last week. Its off of a 4 cylinder taco (if that makes a difference). The bumper is not brand new ether. He was in a fender bender and dented it. It was a "1/8" ding according to him. He told me he fixed it with bondo and repainted it. My concern is whether it is tweaked or not. I dont think you would be able to tell untill it was installed.
