In the manual it says to put the truck in neutral, press the button and wait for the light to STOP blinking before moving. I tried this and the light never stopped blinking. I even locked the parking break and waited probably 5 minutes. Then i tried moving the truck forward and backwards very slowly and turned the wheel to let the rear wheels move at different speeds so maybe it would click in. Still no luck.

    Whats the deal here?

I haven't needed it to be locked, just wanted to make sure it worked.

^^^^^what he said, and you may need to pull up a bit/backup a bit for it to be lined up and lock in.

I tried the 4wheel low and moving back and forth also. I'll give it a 2nd try later I guess.

try turning the wheel to full lock then inch forward. The gears in the diff have to get moving the right way for it to lock.
