Been using my 4 wheel drive all weekend to get around in the snow that the east coast is experiencing. Now I'm getting a pretty significant noise whenever I move forward and backward. It basically turns into a clicking while moving quickly, but when crawling to diagnose it makes noise every ~3 ft. Not really sure whats going on back there, any ideas?

Sounds like you may be using the 4x4 when it isn't needed. I only use it when the roads are slick or there is potential for ice and even then, I'll turn if off if I am turning a lot. The 4wd system is designed as a part-time unit and doesn't have a center differential to allow for full-time use when the roads are dry. The driveline is most likely binding and causing the noise.
