I didn't get any hardware either. I can get one of the holes to line up and the other 4 do not. Also need to drill 3 holes for the latches

Negative. Panel is awesome just not lining up. I blame Toyota haha. I'll make it work it's still an awesome mod.

@Pcyc Would he powder coat a few things for a decent price? I live in Atlanta and have a handful of stuff to coat. Beer included... :)

    Yeah. Powder coat customs. 770-337-4471

The more you take him the better deal you'll get I am sure. It's always cheaper if you do what he shoots the most: Black. Just an FYI he will negotiate but don't get two aggressive. He's done a few things for me. He did my tool box for $80.

Harbor Freight has rivet nuts and the installation tool, thats the best bet for installing it.

Its an invaluable tool for fabrication, makes it pretty easy to get threaded inserts in sheetmetal.

BTW, how is everyone drilling the holes on the top to be perfectly aligned? Thanks.

I used a ruler, a marker, and some painters tape. Then I measured and remeasured like 10 times to make sure I did it right. The tape was for the horizontal measurement. Then I'd measure down from the tape for the vertical alignment and mark the spot to drill. Not sure if that helps, but hope you can do it.

If these become available again, I would love to get one. I'm another "Alaska guy" but I'm far away from the guys at Ft. Wainwright. I know that shipping would be horribly expensive, but I accept that as part of living in Alaska.

I reused the hardware from the factory bins. And mine was slightly off but I made it work no problem.

I had one of those also. Functional yes, practical no. I don't like moving stuff around depending on the day. That seat panel gets in the way of people sitting in the back unless you remove it. I upgraded to the full panel behind the rear seat so I can keep everything in place. I mostly keep the single seat down to access most of the pouches everyday. But if by chance I have a full truck load of people I just pop the seat up and it's good to go.

The passenger seat is pushed back as far as it will go. If I slid it forward a little, there is adequate room for legs, provided they're not 75 lbs each. I do not access it everyday.

How did this end up bolting in for you? I have a 15 as well and haven't gotten around to installing it yet. Hunter and I, after much effort, got ours shipped up here to Alaska! Planning an install in the coming weekends for sure

I got mine yesterday and installed today in about an hour or so. I got the full panel. I had to drill out the holes for the top mounts, and then I had to enlarge the middle holes to match up with the existing ones. Other than the drilling, it was a nice fit and went flush to the back of the rear panel. Nat shipped mine really quickly. It came in at about three days, but then again I live in Cali. Now that it's installed, I have to buy molle bags. I've had pretty good luck with the asian companies that make these in their factories and sell them to the US. Here is a link, but there are many. I just typed in "molle," but you can specify what type. And they are relatively cheaper than other places, even at the military surplus stores. Although, I do like the used ones, but they still cost more than the asian places. Note: it takes a wicked long time (about 10-20 days) for it to arrive because it is literally shipped from china. So if you don't mind waiting.
