NO. The dealership said I could buy it anywhere, but when I poured it in the bed it just ran out the back. Smelled awful.

Wait does the basic model not have speakers in the rear doors? I'd open the door panel to see if the wiring is in there. If it's not there, pull the stereo and compare the plug wires to any online directions for installing an aftermarket stereo in the truck to see if your stereo has an output for rear speakers. If it does, which I'm guessing is the case, just install some speaker wire and speakers. Taping coat hangers and zip ties to the end of speaker wire helps with feeding it through grommets.

kinda to piggyback on this thread, i also have an access cab and have been flirting with the idea of putting two subwoofers where my rear door speakers are. curious if anyone else has done this and could comment on sound/vibration from this kind of setup.

I took my to Best Buy for rear speakers in the access doors. Apparently when we took off the panel, the installer didn't feel like the speakers wire was factory installed. At that point we quit and put the panel back on. So I not for 100% certain there is any speaker wire ran from the factory. Looking at taking to a custom shop that I talked with the guy last Saturday.

I replaced all of the factory speaker wire in my access cab with 14ga and 16ga copper wire. It's not particularly difficult, but if you aren't good at figuring out how to remove the interior panels then you might break a few plastic tabs. I imagine a shop wouldn't charge too much to run the wire though, it should be pretty basic stuff for them.

Mounting depth is always an issue in doors, and creating an enclosure is just about impossible without some serious fiberglass work. If it's anything like the 2nd gen, and it looks like it is, it's not going to sound good without custom door panels. I would honestly just try hiding some small subs somewhere else. Is there a storage compartment under the back seat? That's where I put mine. I just used the plastic cubby as a mold for the fiberglass. You could also just put a shallow Kenwood enclosure under a front seat if you don't already have amps there.
