So the lift shop had the B team on shift yesterday and absolutely dickered my alignment. They installed 5100 all around ( front set at 2inch) and a 1 inch block in the rear

When I took it to a seperate shop to get the alignment done, they were shocked that this was a brand new truck with the alignment out this bad.

They did their best at getting it back aligned but you can see the rear is still sitting at 0.8 for the rear.

    The truck drives like shit.

What could have caused this? The lift shop is dumbfounded and we are working on a solution but I refuse to believe it's a warped frame like the lift shop suggested lol.

Is there anything else alarming on these specs? I don't know much about reading these sheets.

    Thanks

Yeah that alignment is pretty messed up. I'd start by looking at those rear 1" lift blocks. Seems like something didn't get installed correctly or those blocks are just garbage quality.

Personal preference when it's all said and done, I'd have them shoot for zero camber and a touch more caster if possible. Everyone has opinions on that though.

Yeah.. I think it has to be the install.

These are the blocks and they seem to be well made/reviewed for the most part?

I had another opinion and they mentioned something along the lines of the differential not being lined up properly when they drop it back down?

I'll most likely take it to another alignment shop who is a bit more specialized, at the expense of the lift shop

Do you have a guess what caused it to become crooked in the installation process?

Common issue, the rear axle walks off and needs to be kicked into a seat.
    Poor installation

Sitting in the specialized alignment shop they confirmed improper installation and something about pins not lining up. Hopefully I'm not rattling down the highway anymore when I'm back on the road. Thanks for the responses

Yep, that's the issue. Should be fine after that.
