    Folks,

I just installed an AVH-930BT in my 2007 Tacoma, and I want to add a backup camera to it. I am very confused on what camera I want to get. I was thinking of getting a Boyo VTS-TC09 Toyota Camry Specific camera and modifying the tailgate handle on my 2007 to accept the camera (pretty sure I can do it) but I am also checking out the license plate mount cameras.

I want the reverse camera for both seeing behind me and lining up to a trailer. I occasionally tow a pop-up camper or a snowmobile trailer so seeing the hitch would be nice but also being able to see a little behind me for reverse parking judgements, etc.

Would a custom mount on my tailgate handle be better for this or would license plate mount angled down suffice? Anyone have an opinion on what camera to get? I am not too concerned about night vision either and don't want to spend an arm and a leg on one (hoping to be approx $50 or less but will go over that if warranted.) Opinions welcomed ....
