Rear view mirrors

So today my rear view mirror fell off and after further inspection I realized one of the plastic sliders that holds it on to the metal bracket broke.

My question is does any one know if I have to buy a whole new mirror, or how to fix the broken piece. It doesn't appear that the mirror can be taken apart. See pictures attached.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
