Was washing my wheels yesterday and decided to hit the wheel well plastic with some 303 and noticed how flimsy they were. Looked at the bolts and it appears they are not holding it on just the plastic clip is, anyone else have this? I want to pull the clip without breaking it off

If you notice they are sitting under the plastic not on top securing it, driver and passenger side are like this

That's how mine were. Those two bolts are for something else. Not the liner.

The unsupported inside edge of mine started curling to the point where they hit the tires. I drilled a small hole and used a zip tie to pull them back into position.

Those two bolt/screws are for the inner brace for the bed panel. They are installed correct. The empty looking clip looks like its for a mud flap.

Replaced all of mine with longer screws and wide washers to catch the liner also. Solid now.
