I have a 2019 TRD with the premium audio JBL package and cannot use bluetooth to make calls as the receiver of my calls always say I sound terrible and audio quality is bad. I have made a ton of adjustments, been to dealer multiple times to no avail. I drove a 2021 tacoma (Had Car Play) and used my phone over bluetooth and audio sounded great. Anyone else have this issue and what have you done? Toyota is not doing much about this and the audio quality sounds terrible.

There was a Tech tip for this on the older trucks, may want to have a look through the TSB section
