Recommended and max shift speeds?

    I don't have the owner's manual for my truck. I was wondering if any one had the chart where it showed max shift speeds and recommended shift speeds?

    sway-a-way 2.0 coilovers, 1.5'' AAL, 1'' toytec shackle lift, Go-Rhino 3000 Grille Guard, Kicker KS6502 speakers, JVC KD-S24 Head unit, billstein 5125 rear shocks, Deck Plate mod, K&N air filter, Wheelers offroad front and rear braided brake lines, diff breather mod, power slot rotors, ebc yellow stuff pads
    I shift anywhere from 2800-3200 rpms and I get great mpg and such. Iv also redlined it a number of times. I think the rev limiter is set at 5500

    oh well that makes it a bit different! ill take a look today when IM driving to school but I have a V6 so it might not be right on
