Wow that is a really good price. At that price I would have taken it with the 3.0 as well. Not a terrible motor, just have to keep an eye out for that head gasket. But that will make a good trail rig when you are finally able to go big with it.

Yea man the motor sounds good for 200k miles.
May consider putting the 22 in when I go full trail
With it but haven't decided yet

You could either go with the 22RE or do a 3.4L swap as well. I love the 22RE, great motor. I had it in my 1st Gen, that motor could not be stopped.

Definitely would be an easier swap. Plus you get a damn near bulletproof motor.

I am in the same boat as you. Just getting the necessary stuff done first, then I am on the slow path to modding.

I got half at the dealership and half at Amazon. So waiting on the amazon orders to show up. Hopefully I can start digging in on Tuesday and finish up on Wednesday.

Nice! Hopefully this will get her straightened out and running good.

Got the running boards off, and it makes it look like I got a little lift. Blacked out the rims and emblems. I got half the limited cladding black, debating if I want to keep it black or make it silver again. Tomorrow is engine day.

Looks good. I would do all the krome in black too.
    But that's just me.

I was debating that, but I think I like the contrast with the chrome bumper and black emblems. I am hoping the rear bumper won't be on there for long away. But that depends if I do a lift first or go with armor first.
