Here are some pics as follows:

    1) Pic with standard suspension and factory Dunlops (245/75r16)
    2) Pic with standard suspension and Hankook Dynapro ATM's (265/75r16)
    3) Pic with leveled suspension (Bilstein 5100's at .85") with Hankooks

From memory, the front end was about 1.5-1.75" lower than the front. Now I am pretty much level (will check dimensions later when I have access to a tape measure at home).

Oops, forgot to mention that my driveway slants up a little so in the last pic, it looks like the truck is taller in the front.

Yea, I'm planning on doing the fenders. Just trying to decide if I want to do the bumper too. Still not sold on painting the wheels black. If the truck were black, red, or silver, I would definitely do it.

Checked and I'm sitting about 3/8" higher on the rear based on measuring from the ground to bottom of fender flare. Measuring from bottom of rim (as some say you have to do), I'm 3/4" high in the rear. I guess probably could've gone a little higher on the Bilsteins but I'm happy with it.

I had the shop that installed them re-align it while I was there. The shop is actually managed by a TW member so he was already really familliar with the install and everything. Just be careful. I'm not overly familiar with the logistics of it, but I know that a 1" spacer equals more than 1" of lift. I'm assuming the shocks work the same way. Don't want to see you get more lift than you were looking for.

Nice, like the looks with the Hankook's on it. I have ~400 miles on the lift so far and love it. I think it should have come from the factory that way.

Nice truck! I love those Regular Cab 4x4. I think those steel wheels look great as is, but if you want a little comparison, here is my truck. When I bought the stellies they had rust on them. I painted them and they are holding up great.

silver does make a nice contrast with the green. if it was me with a green truck,i would leave the center caps off and paint the part of the drum that sticks thru in the rear silver, as well as the plastic cap in the front. just so you have a uniform silver wheel.

I just ordered them!. I looked at them on the downsouth site and they have specific settings for the lift.. it looks like about only 1/2 inch usualy makes 1.75 of lift.

Thanks. I've been very happy with the Hankooks. They've got a great tread and have been good in the snow we've gotten so far. Also, even with the bigger tire size, I'm only 6 lbs per tire over the factory Dunlops so my mpg's haven't really suffered. Actually for Christmas I got the Ultra-Guage. Once I calibrated it with the new tire size, I'm averaging 23.5 mpg's! Couldn't believe how the slightest change in the position of the gas pedal affects the mileage.

The look is definitely a lot better. I also thing they shoulda put something better than the small Dunlops on the regular cabs. The dealer told me that it's so stripped down cause the only ones who buy them are companies for work trucks. I couldn't help but think of all the members on this site who love them.

Thanks. You're looks great with them painted. I think I'm going to stick with the silver wheels. Will have to decide about painting the centers. I'm definitely liking the look without the center caps though. To me they looked like they belong on the 2wd's not the 4wd's.

I always wanted a regular cab. My wife was trying to talk me into a quad cab cause we want to start a family soon but I told her I can fit two kids in the regular cab as long as she doesn't come with me or one kid and her. I had a '99 extended cab before this and the extended cab just became a place to store junk.

How is it that I just used 1/4 inch spacers on each side to get 1/2 inch lift up front to level out the 2 1/2 inch rake it had and my wheel gaps and height look the same as people running 5100s set at .85? Running 16x8 wheels with 265/70/16s. Odd...........

OP, I used black caliper paint to paint my hub and axle centers when I ditched my center caps. Has held up very well. I'm sure they have silver caliper paint.
