Obviously the reg cabs are notorious for making this noise when lifted, although after searching through different threads it seems only people with manual transmissions get them. Has anybody had/heard of someone having the grinding/vibration noises that has an automatic?

If this is a front vibration, it doesn't matter if its manual or not. Its toyota's design of the needle bearing. The ONLY fix is the east coast gear needle bearing. $60. Or live with it.

If its rear driveline vibration, carrier bearing drop, axle shims, one piece driveshafts, etc will work.
