Just staying HELLA busy! lol. My life has been pretty insane these last couple weeks but I'm staying busty and getting these pumped out as fast as possible. Got some part time help with it now too.
Sorry man I overlooked that, I'll go edit it.

He's a guy I worked out a deal with way back in June at the Oregon TW meet. Basically we're doing a trade for some mods so he doesnt get the chance at the free bumper deal so thats why he is listed below, but if I had listed him before, he would be up near the top. Hope that makes sense.

    Eric,

Did you get any sketches from CNC about the "TACOMA" cutout for the front of my bumper? I know you're busy, I just wanted to follow up because I haven't been on here for a while.

    Thanks!

Free bump for an awesome product. Managed to bang the bumper around a little bit this weekend and it's definitely sturdy. Thanks Eric.

    Which winch is that?
Plenty of room to get it in?

Thank you. It's a Warn 9.5XP. There is plenty of room in there for the winch. The clutch lever has plenty of room to be engaged and disengaged (don't need to rotate it or anything). If you remove the middle bracket that sticks out on the truck (if you take the grill out you'll know what I'm talking about) you can drop the winch in without having to remove the bumper.

Yeah the bracket isn't really needed. The bumper stops about where the first stud sticks out (looking at the bracket) so there's enough room to fit a winch and not have to take the bumper off.

I'll post them in my build thread this weekend. But here's a hint to them
oncoming traffic will like me better at night,
and my 35's will be much happier out on the trail.
Actually no- the CNC shop changed management and the new guy is just now getting caught up to speed. I'll have him do it ASAP for you though. :)

Anton- Nice pic! Glad you like the bumper! :)

Thanks Eric. I'll end up making a couple changes like I mentioned for my own preference. Overall you did a great job. I like how you were like "you're going to hit a rock on the passenger's side" and I just keep going with a big smile on my face. I wanted to hit it to see how the bumper holds up and it did great. I don't think I'm going to do the light hoop so I might bring it back to you so you can use it on other bumpers. I'll give it a look over a couple more times and see if I change my mind.

On a side note your photos are in my gallery. They didn't really load in the order that I uploaded them so they're out of sequence.

Sounds good man. And looks like I hit that rock a bit harder than you, there is a nice groove in the steel on mine, not just a heavy scratch like yours. Thats what its there for, and for taking black diamond and double black diamond trails with no breakage on either truck, some scratched armor is to be expected I'd say. :D
Feel free to just hold on to the center hoop in case you change your mind later on. I've got 3 more bent up and ready for bumpers right now so its not like I need it that bad. ;) I can bend as many as I need too. :)

Sorry for the blurry pics, Eric. I was trying to spot, get out of the way, and photograph and the same time. I do like the second picture after the one above. That was a great trail.

    Cullen and Jon-
    Building your bumpers now! :)
Larry- Should be getting yours from the CNC cutter mid week and then will start on it as soon as the other 2 are done. As for the timeframe you mentioned via PM, I will try my best. I have a friend helping me here and there so if I can get some more help from him building the sliders then I think I should be able to get them done and to you just before the trip. :)
