Shallow lights fit on the top just fine if ya drill a couple holes wherever you like them, but deeper lights like some Hellas, lightforce's, etc wont fit so I just made a couple tabs that stick off the top plate allowing for them to be installed. If you dont mind a shallow light like the Hella 700ff's like i've got, i'd go with them as they look better not sticking out so far imo.
Oh and the tabs are $5/ea if you want to mount the deep lights.

Oh and one more update... looks like I may be able to do some bumpers out of aluminum pretty soon for those that would be interested! Should only weigh around 60-70lbs and still winch capable!!! :bananadance:

Awesome Larry!!! Thanks for the compliment man. Dont forget to have a grinder around for the sliders in case one of the frame plates needs to be notched a little. Let me know if you do so I can have the CNC cut the notch to avoid the issue with future buyers.
Thanks again man and enjoy.. oh yeah, and post pics!

Frame plates for the back side of the frame where the long bolts go through with the side supports. I didn't have to use mine. Please correct me if I'm wrong Eric.

    Yeah you're right wes.
Larry, those are essentially a large washer for the back of the frame so you cant crush it if you over-torque the brace plate bolt when installing.

Yeah, they go on the back side of the frame where the 4 1/2" bolt slips through for the brace plates. :)
btw in case you werent sure, the brace plates go on after the bumper is slipped on.

Alright. Well on the sliders, i'd just center them between the edges of the fender flares.

Does anyone who bought this bumper have a TRD front tow hook that they removed and that they want to sell me?

If so, I would like to offer $15 plus shipping. Please PM directly!

    Thanks in advance

Nope, but looks like I might have a hook up for use of an aluminum mig setup... :D
Yeah, gettin it up to CAN will be the issue for sure. Like I said, maybe we could negotiate something and I could do a road trip... never been farther north than just past the OR border into WA, so driving all the way up to BC would be pretty sweet. :)
