We haven't heard from him in a couple days.

I hope this means he's off welding up a storm and is too busy to check in on his computer. :)

Sounds good! I'll take all the customer pics I can handle! :)
The aluminum bumper is at a pause right now, having some welding equipment issues, but should have it all sorted out within a week and pics of the final bumper before shipping out will be posted up.
Thanks, got it. Adding ya in green to the list for an Alum. bumper. :)

What kind of issues? We use a lincoln power mig 350mp with a push/pill gun with .045 wire for all of our aluminum jobs. Its a badass machine, super easy to use, and pulse on pulse makes for super nice clean/penetrated welds especially for long beads.

Really!?!?! I scanned the 1st page but didnt see anything. You think the OME 885 coils could hold up to this bumper?

Well, the aluminum setup I was using (Spool gun on a miller 210 running .035) belongs to my CNC cutter and he lent it out, then tried demo-ing a new setup for me to finish OZ-T's bumper, but the new setup doesnt cut it. So now im looking into just getting my own setup for my welder (ThermalArc Fabricator 250amp MIG) so I dont have to deal with this stuff. ;)
Base steel bumper is just a hair under 100lbs, and the aluminum version is only about 55lbs.
    BTW, PM responded. :)
