    Hey what size D-shackles do I need for the aluminum front bumper? I measured it as being 1" thick but I wasn't sure if that means I need a 1" shackle or not. And where is the best place to purchase these? Thanks!

    i got mine right from Eric....

    well not yet but he is hooking me up with (2) 6 1/2 ton rated

    you can get some at tractor supply....just take them and mate them up to your bumper to make sure they are what you are looking for before purchasing im sure they would let ya

    Yep, the pin on a 3/4 shackle is 7/8", the opening is bigger then 1" so it will work. I dont know for sure what Eric uses but im willing to bet its a 3/4 shackle, its the most common shackle used for like hitch receivers and such.

    Yes, a 3/4" shackle. You can get one from a local fastenal, 4WP, etc.
