I actually havent updated that list for months... theres a bunch of non-listed orders; I originally had that list to track the initial bumper orders last year and its gotten neglected since then.

I love the way this bumper looks, but I just have one issue with it. There appears to be a rather large gap in between the top of the bumper and the grille area. Is there for a particular reason? If it wasn't for that I'd be all over one of these.

For Eric or anyone else who can answer. I'm going to take my truck to have the sliders welded on. Are there any directions or photos posted someplace so I can show the welder how the brackets and everything is supposed to be mounted up?

I may end up with a dude that has welded hundreds of them or I may end up with a dude that has made iron furniture his whole career so I dont want to get my truck back and find sliders mounted upside down or something.

I don't know any local welders so will just have to find someone and roll the dice. A request for local welders in San Diego yielded 0 replies so I guess everyone on here from San Diego just bought bolt-ons.

    Thanks in advance.

Second question, can you reccomend any model numbers of what fog lights and offroad lights will fit in the bumper without modification? I want the best and the brightest so dont need any Kragen specials or anything.

    Thanks!

The sliders get welded on in a specific, though pretty straight forward way.
The outer rails are supposed to angle up, not down when mocked up, and the legs that are positioned closer to one end of each of the slider rails goes toward the front of the truck. Basically, lift them in place centered between the fender flares, mark where each leg will go, then sand/grind the paint from the frame, then tack the 'L' plates on each leg so the top of the plate is at the edge of the gusset and hold the slider up, it should give about 1/2" gap between the pinch weld and the legs if not reposition the plates to give the appropriate clearance. All the 'L' plates should sit close enough to the frame to weld securely, if there are any large gaps, crack the tack welds loose and reposition the plate on the leg to remove the gap. when they fit correct, weld the plates to the legs, then weld the whole slider assembly to the frame of the truck.

All the Piaa 510 series lights fit, and other lights with similar dimensions(4" dia) and single mounting stud at the bottom of the light should fit just the same.
