    Chip
    The 'grid' on the piaa's is a removable grille piece. You dont have to install the grille over the lights, it just pops off. There is a new harness that comes with the piaa's should you want to use it, otherwise just tap into the factory harness for power.
    I dont believe I have any pics of one, but I have helped install one on a customer's bumper. It fits nicely in the bumper. Just use some longer cables to remount the solenoid under the hood, I think near the factory fuse box on the inside of the driver side fender should be a good spot.
    I'd say install time can be as quick as 30-45min for ea/ bumper, fogs, winch but with someone that doesnt have a lot of experience might take twice that.
    The coating is entirely up to you. Powder coat is durable but expensive and you cant touch it up if it gets scratched/gouged on the trail. Rattle can is cheap but not very durable. My personal favorite, is Duplicolor rattle can bedliner. Its a little textured, slightly rubbery and quite durable to rock chips/scratches and if it needs to be, its very easy to touch up.

    Bumper done for a couple days, been hung up on the sliders but they'll be done tomorrow so I should be able to ship it then. :)

    Ya, all on Fastenal now though man! cant be that much longer! :)

    I used Rustoleum self etching primer and Duplicolor bedliner!!

    That stuff is amazing! I've taken a few 1 1/2" - 2" tree to the bumper and hardly any scratches! One tree was even a Pine! Scratched it a little but after washing it you couldn't even tell!

    (I don't have skids so I don't go crazy on the making my own trails just yet!)
