yup the 3rd gen tacoma. When I got back from afghanistan I bought my truck, brefore I knew about this place. It's a DC longbed sport, so no atrac or locker. Its lifted and I've done alot to make it my own, but I'm not going to put anymore money in it because I've seen how awesome atrac is compared to my trac. So I'm just gonna wait a little bit and get the 3rd gen and build it the way I want it.

I asked Fastenal for the quote, but I haven't heard back. Just waiting to hear from them, I'll give em a call tomorrow if I don't hear from them first.

    Update:
I've edited shipping info in the OP to reflect the basic pricing that Fastenal is charging me. It is based on time zone, so everyone, just look at your time zone for accurate shipping costs! :)

SO, I got ahold of Fastenal today, looks like shipping to Canada through them is currently out of the question but the guy i've been dealing with is going to dig and try and get more info why, supposedly by monday. So it may still be a possibility through them in the future. I can look into other companies for you as well.

Also, Cohrmundt- I've got your bumper from the CNC shop yesterday and the guy messed up on the 'T R D' in the skid and cant cut another right now so it has slowed me down a bit. I should have the revised skid on monday though and get the bumper shipped mid-late next week as long as I get the remainder of the purchase price in time.

Along with that TRD skid, I'll also be picking up the next set of plates for railman's bumper on Monday as long as my CNC guy keeps his word. The bumper should ship at the end of next week, or beginning of the following as long as final payment is made in time.

I'm guessing these go over the top of the factory skids... maybe they work like doubled-up floor mats and prevent you from stopping, therefore the never-stuck skid. Sell them coated with Pam cooking spray for a few extra bucks :p

no it'll be easy the guy just didn't understand what we were asking from him. he cut TRD TRD TRD three times real small in the skid instead of TRD across the whole thing, it'll look pretty sweet when he does it right

Yeah man, I really like your bumper, out of my options.. I like the Idea of buying from you, jus for the simple fact of "it's prombally bulit better" than manufactured bumpers. Hands always will out way machines.. But the only problem I'm seeing that by the time I add all the things I want I'm over 1000$, An for me that posses a problem.. Mainly because my ol' lady as is involed as I am.. An shes not goin for the "Grand". Seeing how were buying all new house applincenes.. But I under stand your stand point of your jus getting started, an the money is litterally what you got in it. So that being said, I am undecided as of now.. But good luck man.. It looks like you got a great product.. I'm recommending to all my buddies... Peace an Dozer Grease

A similar ARB bumper is $1024 pre-shipping, although that includes powder coating. However, powder coating isn't all that great:

I've visually compared to some other manufacturer bumpers (not naming names), and Eric's is thicker.

Not being a fanboy, just being a miser. :)

Hey guys, sorry for not responding sooner but I was out of town for a few days.

Corhmundt- looks like the skid should be done late today, or in the morning.
Edited: CNC is taking longer than expected. Will ship next week.

Thanks man, sorry to hear you feel pricing is a tad steep. I feel that my prices are competitive to what else is out there and good for what you're getting. There are some guys that are a bit more expensive but I dont see the product getting leaps and bounds better, and there are a few cheaper, but those guys use thinner materials and seem to have little flaws in their designs IMO.
