Yes all me, and a bit of help from a friend when he can... might be getting some extra help from another friend coming up as well, just got to see if it works out.
Hopefully my new CNC setup coming in a few weeks makes those new bumpers come out a lot quicker than they used to! ;)
yep. That is strategical though... Not nearly as much work involved in a skid plate as there is in a bumper or sliders so they wont cut into bumper builds too much, plus I can have my buddy help with getting them dropping off/picking up plates from the forming shop, as well as getting them ready to ship and such. :)

It has all been CNC cut plate, but not in house cutting. I've been paying a shop to do it
But now I'll be paying for my own machine instead of giving the $$ to another shop, plus I'll be able to cut parts for other customers and prototype parts 10000X easier. :D

Fast and free, way better! I would imagine your turnaround time for parts to speed way up, as long as your number of orders doesn't rack up faster.

Not exactly free cutting since I have to fork out a hefty amount to buy it and then pay the electric bill on it as well as for plasma cutter consumables, but yes way less $$ getting handed out. :D

Good news, Superwinch talon 9.5 will fit! I was able to clock the free spool side of the winch to make it fit. Still need to build a bracket under the hood and get some 2 gauge wire connections made to move the solenoid.

I've got my design ideas sketched in autoCAD, and currently setting up the time for using the donor truck. Should be released in about a months time.

Be sure to call the fastenal place when you think it should be there. Mine had been sitting in the shop for a couple of days before I ran out of patience and called them.

Important thing is that I have them now, yay! Thanks Eric! The time has come to huff paint fumes for the better part of a week.

Yeah Mike, the steel is at the CNC shop being cut along with a few others. Just waiting til its done there(should be this afternoon) then a few days at the forming shop and then it'll be built. Will be done in just over a week. I'll give you a call next week to work out the remaining payment and shipping info :)

how did everyone mount the piaa fogs? Do you just bend the little tabs to make them horizontal instead of vertical?
