    Thanks guys. That license plate light might be an option. I don't tow anything offroad yet...but I want to keep the option open so having the plug up and down or hanging down below the bumper doesn't really work imo.

    Eric - What says you-Any other ideas? And how about being able to take the tire gate on and off?

    If a folding license plate holder were used is there enough room next to the hitch for the hole to mount a 7 pin? That way the 7 pin is hidden behind the license plate.

    Yes its possible to remove, there would just be the remaining portion of the spindle and latch on the bumper. The spindle shaft would need to be protected in some form from rust though.
    Anthony's will be a little different, and will also be removable but there wont be any spindle shafts to cover up.
    Yeah, thats an option and yours has that cut into it.
    I think that cutout option like on Joe's is probably the best bet, and cleanest method of mounting the 7pin.
    Possibly, I'd have to take a couple measurements.

    Take a look at the pic Robert(05rockslinger) posted a little up on this page. It shows the bottom mount receiver with backing plate wrapped around it. That backing plate ties the top and bottom of the bumper together for strength, and if he wants even more strength I can add a 2" square tube inside the bottom of the bumper like I do inside for the hidden hitch version as Kenney(06rubi) posted.

    Yeah sure can. And non-cut wrap arounds might be an option coming for the standard rear in the future as well. Now that I got my own CNC, I'll be coming up with new stuff left and right. :cool:

    Yep! It took off like wild fire! I'm getting an early start on them though... dont want to let them pile up too much. Should have at least 18 skids cut and dropped off for forming tomorrow so nearly 1/4 of them done some time next week once back from forming. Ordering more steel tomorrow too to get even more cut the beginning of next week. :cool:
