    To answer your questions...
    - Well, the exhaust will hang down in the open quite a bit if not cut. You dont have to cut as drastic as on this truck(it was like this before I built the bumper).
-Yes the R's are cut in, but if they bother you just request that I dont cut them and those corners will be solid steel.
-I believe it should just fine. i havent mounted a spare underneath to see how much it hangs down, but the access for the crank and everything remains accessible.
-Not yet, but it looks like I'll be building one in a month or so, so there will be pics posted as soon as its done.
    Thanks!

Actually, I believe you are! :) (aside from one going on my own truck soon. ;))

So what is a quote on this looking like? I know this is ATO design and I have PM'd him as well. If he can't/wont make it is it possible you will? Or is this bumper long gone?

I could do similar, probably around $1400 I think....
    Base bumper: $820
    Add hitch: $80
    Add tire carrier: $~250
Add jerry can holder and fold down table to tire carrier: maybe like $200-250 additional?

    Deal!

Ill start moving money now. Will it be possible to use the same beefy hinge for the tire gate? Thats the main reason I like that tire gate.

Sweet! Well I ordered 2 spindles 1800lb rated this week, I'll see how beefy they are when they arrive. They're the upgraded heavy duty ones from the company I bought em from, but I know of another beefier more expensive spindle rated for 3500lbs so if you want me to, im sure I could just order one of those at your expense for the upgrade cost.

Actually I do have plans for it. I just need to get my hands on a winch to see how to make the best mount with the room available.

    Kyle,
I've already got the plates for it sitting and waiting to be assembled/welded/sanded. Its just a matter of me getting some other bumpers finished the last bit and then shipped. Once thats done, I'll start on it. Same with the front; I have all the plates sitting and the center is pre-welded just waiting for all the wing plates to be assembled/welded/sanded.

Did you check my build thread? I posted a couple in there. In one you can see the lower tape line I cut, then realized it was angled too low and re-taped my final cut line higher/flatter. Thats why you mark twice and cut twice- gives a chance to fix any screw ups you might have.
If you arent comfortable with the cutting, I'd have a body shop or possibly offroad shop do the mod and install the rear bumper. It just takes a bit of time, and patience to be done right though.

    A few bolts are different.
    Sorry I posted this twice.

What exactly is the weather stripping used on the bed cut to make it look nice?

I'm pretty sure Eric's rear flares are similar to his front (Clearanced 2")

No, you have to cut and reform and "plastic weld" them together, the cut the bed/fenders and re-work the mounts. It's not an easy thing to do!

There was a thread of a guy who did it himself they didn't turn out bad but it is alot of work!

all.on.black made his & Eric's! (Look through Eric's build page for pics)

Yes, my flares and fender wells all have 2" trimmed out. Thus my rear bumper wrapped around too far forward. It will line up with yours though
Its just some stuff you get at autozone, O'reileys, etc. Its door edge molding actually. Costs like $2.89 or something.
    Yes
    This VV

Yeah, lots of work involved in clearancing them the way they are on my truck. Anton put many hours into modding the flares and it took hours to cut and install on the truck too.
Shouldnt have to touch the flares other than hacking it straight with the fender when putting on the bumper.
