When I get off break in (on the job training, 3 months long) I plan on doing a lot of stuff to it. So hopefully around Juneish I will be able to start doing some stuff.

Sweet build...thoughts on light appilications on the roll cage? It is kind of old school, but I still like them

I believe the 'roll cage' you refer to is my headache rack. Its acutally used for hauling long items, such as 20ft sticks of tube I use for building sliders, etc. With that in mind, I cant really put lights on it without getting in the way of function unless it is a removable rack. I've considered a full steel tube style rack with a fold down or removable rack off it though, so I might make one of those in the future.
Wow, thats a huge compliment man! Thanks, I appreciate it.
Yeah, it seemed like the easy option for me when my coils sagged from 3" of lift to only 1.75" of lift with no change in weight on the truck, purely a bad set of springs. eventually I'll run some better coilovers or something though.
Hey man, havent seen you on TW for a while! Thanks. I've been doing well and the business has stayed super busy too. What have you been up to? Doing good as well?

Did you cut the rear sheet metal similar to the front or is cutting the flares enough for 35s in the rear?

    Thanks Eric.

I cut the flares/fenders just the same as the front but prior to the modded fenders, with a 1" block in the rear suspension I could go all the way to the bump stops without rubbing the 35's.

Okay so I'm trying to understand this. You're running a 9" wheel with -12 offset and 4.5bs.

I'd like to stay with a 16" wheel if/when I go 35s. a 16x8 with 4.5 bs puts me at 0 offset. 16x8 with 4.0 bs puts me right at -12 like you. Is -12 offset the magic number or would 0 fit? Any idea?

Also, did you check my PMs?

    Thanks man.

I run 16x8 with 4.5" bs and 0mm offset. Either way will work.

To my knowledge, I'd say the backspace would be more important than the offset here, and Kevin and Chris seem to support my thought as well. :) VV

Okay, I guess I misunderstood which number was important. Thanks! :)

Yeah the 4.5" BS would space the tire out from the UCA/frame rail/etc the same as my setup so it'll fit. I do have very minor rubbing of my tire on my LR UCAs at full lock, so the 16x8 4"BS/-12mm offset may be better since the outer edge of the tire would then be in the same position as mine. Either will fit though.

Backspace and offset are two different measurements for the same thing. Below is a chart for converting backspace to offset

I'm fully aware of this mike. I know exactly how to calculate both measurements, as well as the relation between them. ;)

    Nice chart though
