Hey all. Just moved to Windsor this week and am looking for a reliable and trustworthy off-road shop in the FoCo area.

    Any recommendations?

Nothing to recommend other than to stay far far away from McDonald toyota in Greeley.

Sorry to revive a dead thread but I stumbled across this thread and after my experience I had to chime in and strongly second this. Sitting in their waiting room for the third time to try and get my airbag light fixed after having to be that guy and call Toyota corporate to try and get a straight answer. Just throwing parts at it and not documenting things, it's been a disaster and I'm pretty sure I've lost months off my life from the stress...

Sounds accurate. Btw, from my experience, now that you opened a complaint with toyota (I had to as well), things will only get worse with McDonald. I think they actively try to run off customers that complain.

Gage(?) is the only service advisor there, in my experience, that puts any effort into problem solving and customer care, but he is surrounded by people that dont care to do their job.

I dont enjoy bashing on the internets, but I will never go to McDonald ever again. Ill pay the extra to tow to Pederson, or hire the 8 year old across the street as I think I would get better results.

Yep, we have circled all the way back to wiring after replacing parts at both ends of the circuit, shop foreman involved and the whole 9 yards...sooo this is fun...
