    I have a 2018 Tacoma SR that does not have keyless remote entry. (It's weird to me that a newer vehicle didn't come with remote entry). Any recomendations for kits to add remote entry? Thanks!

    That’s why the base model is inexpensive you don’t get the goodies. Any keyless entry like the higher trim levels have will cost thousands to install. You could always do a push button remote alarm that unlocks the doors for a couple hundred installed.

    Screw it, go all out and get remote start while you're at it! I believe because you don't have push button start the engine won't shut off when you unlock the doors when it has been remotely started.

    When I added remote start to my 2003 Tundra I stopped using the OEM FOB all together.
