replaced badges with black decals, bug deflector,bed liner,sylvania zxe headlights, freshly waxed always so fresh and so clean

I have sylvania zxe lights and I was thinking of removing the disco ball looking caseing that surrounds the bulb. to bright? illigal? has anybody did this? bad ideal? thanks
