My brothers girlfriend just bought a black '06 Kia Spectra. It seems like a nice little car for the money. Anyway, it had some swirls, like most cars do. The paint condition was a lot better than many other cars that I've done before.

It was getting dark, and this was the only good picture I took. The car looked real good when it was all finished.

The right side of this hood has been washed, and clayed. Those swirls probably came from the previous owner using poor washing and drying equipment and techniques.

    The left side has been:
    washed
    clayed
    Adam's Revive Polish
    Adam's Fine Machine Polish
    Adam's SuperWax
I used the white side of the Adam's pad for polishing, and then flipped it to the black side for the wax. These pads are great!

In that pic you can see the reflection of the paint peeling off of the ceiling in my shop. That's not a defect in the cars paint.

Polishing and waxing that one side of the hood took about 20 minutes total. I used the old PC 7424 and polished on high speed, and waxed on low/medium speed. The whole car took about 3 hours, start to finish. I was very pleased with the results, and so was my brother and his girlfriend. She has a nice clean, new car to drive around in.
