Well I made my 1st DIY wood fired pizza today (peperoni, salami, sausage, mushroom & onion). It came out OK.
It was a little OD'd on the bottom & edges (easy to do with a 2 minute cook time).
I got it for the backyard & camping trips (only 8.6 x 14.1 x 25.2" (HxWxL) with legs extended, excluding door handle. Height of Uuni 3 including chimney 25.2”.)
    Not my pics

I never knew such a thing existed, but now I'm damned interested! I like how in the oven-unloading pic, they show the fucker with the pizza in one hand and a glass of sauce in the other. They obviously know their target demographic. :proposetoast:

Got an email back from the guy that runs the Lake Hawley transportation. He said for the trip out on the 11th, if we want to add more, feel free to invite others. Sounds like they might be short people.

I'm a definite maybe to help on the 11th. Won't be cleared to lift more than 30lbs but should be through the pain by then. Only thing that would prevent me from helping would be nausea...if it's still bad I'll have to pass.

Cool. I'll add you to the definite maybe list. Hope you can make it.

Also so I don't have to leave here at the buttcrack of dawn I am camping up there Friday the 10th. Hoping to get a spot at the Gold Lake 4x4 campground. Never been there before so not sure what to expect...

Gold lake 4x4 camp is closed for the summer unfortunately. http://www.reno4x4.com/showthread.php/88541-Gold-lake-trail-closed-7-9-thru-9-9
Plenty of other areas around there though that would be good to camp at.

Thanks for the heads up. Any other areas you would recommend? We have a couple guys from sac coming up, so nothing too terribly far off the beaten path. Or maybe somewhere easy enough to find if you've never been there? Looking anywhere between Truckee and greaegle.

Yessir. Weird blue grey color they had for a few years. Wifey is out at the beach. It was 90 in Tahoe so I left and went to Carson river. 10 degrees cooler and I got a river and hot tubs.
